We hope that the way in which you interact with our website is clear and intuitive.

The website allows you to book tickets and packages for events and attractions. You have a virtual shopping basket into which all of your selections are placed.

You can select any event by clicking "Book Now" or read more information on the event by clicking "More Info". In most cases, clicking "Book Now" will take you through two more steps before the event is placed into your virtual shopping basket. These steps are:

1. Select a date when you want to see the event. In some cases, there may be multiple performances/time slots on your selected date in which case you will be asked to select which performance/time slot you want to book for. This step may be skipped where an event only has one performance date and time.

2. Select the type of ticket you require. Ticket types may vary for parts of house (the areas in the theatre where you can sit) or concessions (adult, child or other concessionary ticket types).

For allocated seating events (where you are assigned specific physical seats at the venue) you will be informed of the seat and row number when the event is placed into your virtual shopping basket.

Once you are ready to proceed with your purchase, you can take your virtual shopping basket to the checkout. Here you will be required to:

1. proceed as a guest without creating an account OR

2. proceed by creating a new account OR

3. sign in to your existing account by entering your username and password (your username is normally your email address)

After completing one of the steps above, you will be asked to enter your payment card details and click "confirm". If the payment is accepted, you will be presented with your confirmation page and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

All subscribers receive a welcome email which contains their subscriber number.

Your subscriber number is on the carrier sheet or poly bag in which your print edition is delivered. If you are a Digital Edition subscriber, you use your subscriber number to access the digital edition. If you are a Web Only subscriber you can use your registered email.

A: Tickets are despatched by second class post so will take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive (within the UK).

You can collect the tickets on the day of the performance, matinee show tickets will be available for collection from 1.30pm, evening show tickets will be available for collection from 6.00pm. However please note that the theatre box offices can become extremely busy close to the start of the performance so try to collect your tickets at least half an hour beforehand. You will need to take along a copy of your confirmation email and the credit/debit card you used to pay for the tickets.
