Based on the popular TV show presented by Richard Hammond and Vic Reeves, Brainiac Live is an outrageous science show performed live on stage that will excite and amaze kids and adults alike. Experiments are performed by a super energetic cast who throw themselves into some of the craziest challenges you’ll ever see! Expect supercharged spinning chairs, exploding dustbins and some super loud bangs. We told you it was crazy!

Brainiac Live has travelled the world and played for over 400,000 people so far who have learnt something new about science in a weird and whacky way! The LOVEtheatre team got a chance to experience Brainiac Live where we made our very own bath bombs before we headed to the theatre to watch the craziest spinning chair stunt you’ll ever see. If that won’t get the kids excited about science then nothing will! We can safely say we LOVED it and we highly recommend you book now!

Before you go, we have a great experiment for you to try. It’s called… Invisible ink!
Invisible ink allows you to write secret messages that can only be seen by applying heat! It is a great one to do with the kids that will have maximum fun without a lot of props.
All you need is:
- Lemon juice
- Cotton bud (or your finger)
- White Paper
- Hair Dryer
Method:
- Pour the lemon juice into your small bowl. Then, dip the cotton bud or your finger into the bowl. Use the liquid to write your secret message.
- As you write or draw, you’ll see the message begins to fade.
- Once you’re done, use your blow dryer on low speed to see your message come back to life!

Our experiment is a lot of fun for the kids but not as exciting at the ones you’ll see at Brainiac Live. Book now for this fun, lively and downright crazy show before it closes on 1 September 2019.
